First, you will need to provide your brand name. Second, you will need to provide your brand identity (what is it that you do, what is your company about?). Third, do you have any examples of how you may want your logo to look? Our company does not copy anyone’s existing logo . Lastly, you must provide your brand colors. A phone consultation is available for you as the client, to help understand and explain your brand process. All logo examples desired can be sent to our email provided in the contacts section.

First, choose which design type you’d like to have done. Second, fill out job inquriy detailing information about your business. Third, purchase the service to solidify your job. Fourth, we will reach out to you via email or phone to confirm job.

As a client you are required to take care of any legal actions of your logo. You the client are responsible for getting your logo Copyright, LLC, and Trademarked

You will receive 5 different file types for your logo. They include an AI, EPS, JPEG, PNG and SVG file. Within those files you’ll receive your logo variations in your brand colors and black and white.

Websites require up to 3 weeks, all information must be given prior to beginning.

Our company will email you an update for the first draft once completed.

Each client is given up to two revisions and $25 /hour minimum for revisions after your allotted amount.

All projects excluding websites can be a rush delivery fee of $50 extra.

You must have a general idea of how you want your logo to look and appeal to your audience.The idea does not have to be precise because as your graphic designer my creativity will help fulfill that area.

Deposits and payments are 100% Non-Refundable. Due to the fact that we provide a custom service, the time that it takes to create designs is non-refundable. Our time is valuable and so is yours so please communicate professionally and responsibly of your design expectations.

Once payment has been made to KD Kier Designs, LLC, the project will begin in the time frame given to the client. It is advised that you give the project a realistic amount of time for completion for these reasons: revisions may be needed, it may be a peak in the orders received and prior work received may take longer than expected. I provide a suitable timeframe, however, there may be an additional business day or two needed before I can begin if it is a busy time.

If for any reason you want to cancel a service already rendered or paid for, that is your choice. However, due to the work produced or in queue, payments already received by KD Kier Designs, LLC will not be refunded in order to offset the loss of business. If partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded. Ownership of all artwork, layouts, and development will remain the property of KD Kier Designs, LLC and remaining work will not be sent to the client for their ownership. If the project is in its final stage, ownership will be transferred to the client after full payment is received..

We communicate via email only kdkierdesigns@gmail.com for paper trail purposes. We accept scheduled phone consultations only. Please allow 24-72 business hours for a reply to your inquiry. Inquiries will not be responded to on the weekends.

KD Kier Designs reserves the copyright of the design until the project balance is paid I full. Once full payment is received, it is the client’s responsibility to submit paperwork, and payment, for any Copyright, LLC, and/or Trademark processing.
